ASE OLODUMARE : ALMIGHTY AUTHORITY

By Akintunde Esan - 17:04, 18 Apr, 2013

“Ase” is a Yoruba word which means the power to make things happen, while “Olodumare” or “Eledumare”  is a Yoruba word that means the Almighty God,  which the Muslims  believe is Allah in the Koran and the Christians and the Jews  believe is Jehovah or Yahweh in the Torah.

On this background, Ase Olodumare is the superior power of the Almighty based on his superior intelligence to makes things happen beyond the control of any other beings whether human or spirit, mortal or immortal. Ase Olodumare, therefore is the Almighty Authority of the Almighty.

Creation was made possible by Ase Olodumare. It is from Ase Olodumare that every other authority derives its authority just like every other element in the solar system derives its energy from the sun.

The first Ase Olodumare was the divine declaration “let there be light” and that light has ever since that first "Almighty Authority" divine declaration been shining in darkness and darkness cannot comprehend or apprehend it.

Darkness is the forces of evil  and their main goal day and night is to create problems for humanity, they promote ignorance, poverty, hatred ,violence ,human destruction, greed, robbing Peter to pay Paul and ill health, brainwashing, oppression and the like.

It is the forces of evil that makes people pay for what is given to humanity free of charges by the creator. Can’t you see that, it is only the things or elements in the universe that are beyond the control humans that we do not pay for ?

Things such as sunlight, moon light and oxygen that we breath in directly from the air without any aid. If humans can control the sun and the flow of oxygen we would be forced to pay for sun light and oxygen. Why is oxygen not a scarce commodity like gold ?

Poverty is man made and the majority  are ignorant, they want God to solve the problem for them.

The human system of governance needs to be reviewed. It is not about socialism or capitalism. It is about a system that allows all to enjoy the goodness the Creator has blessed humanity with. It is about a system that does not hoard our common wealth at the expense of all or the majority.

On the other hand, a carrier of Ase Olodumare (Almighty Authority) possesses the creative spirit of creation of the Almighty which cannot tolerant darkness within or without. Yes by their fruits you will know them and not by their confessions.

The carriers of Ase Olodumare are problem solvers. The carriers of Ase Olodumare are not bound by religion, they could be of any religion, the carriers of Ase Olodumare are not bound by tribe or race they are citizens of the world, citizens of the Light.

My friend, the Almighty will not do for you what you have been   empowered to do. By giving you brain, you have been empowered to think for yourself. By giving you eye, you are empowered to see. By giving you ears, you are empowered to hear, whatsoever you have, has a purpose ,you have nothing in vain.

So Ase Olodumare, the Almighty Authority is not meant to do for you what you can do for yourself, it is subject to the superior intelligence of the Almighty and not to human vanities.

The true laws of the Almighty are unwritten but are seen in daily life in creation. These unwritten laws are Ase Olodumare; they are the unwritten laws which principles govern the universe right from the beginning of life, before civilization and before the art of writing and religion were invented.

CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE

CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE
By Akintunde Esan - 10:40, 08 Sep, 2014

Man was born with nothing in his hands, but he has been empowered at creation with the creative intelligence to take care of his needs.

It is creative intelligence that has been propelling man to develop unlike the animals. Every progress man has made was born out of the need to meet his needs. In meeting his needs man started from nothing to the raw then to the refined followed by improvements.

Man is like every other animals but made not to live like animals. This is why man is imbued with creative intelligence. This is the only difference between man and animals, after all animals too have the five senses with some of them superior to human senses.

Man has a profound creative intelligence which no animal possesses; this is why man has developed from living on trees and in caves over the years to living in sophisticated apartments by virtue of his creative intelligence.Animals are daily looking for food and shelter because they are always consuming and not creating. Be conscious of your creative intelligence and put it to use or else you will live like the animals are living.

Man is configured  with the capacity to be the lord of the earth and the world by studying it, learning from it and developing it according to his level of personal development and revelation and as he develops the world so will he enjoy it from one generation to another.

It is the sacrosanct duty of man to leave the world better than he met it, whether socially or morally or materially. If he fails to develop it, those coming after him and his off-springs will suffer for it.

In developing the world he will live though he dies, by developing his environment and the people he will be immortalized by the legacies of the development he leaves behind.

Human development dictates and determines the development of the world. The people who have developed the world have made it a better place for all to live in and have done so in diverse areas of life such as:

*Transportation
*Health
*Shelter
*Agriculture
*Trade
*Law
*Politics
*Philosophy
*Technology
*Education

Everyone is at a level in the stage of human evolution. You have to discover your role in human development and play your natural role. The eye can never play the role of the nose and vice versa, because it was not made to be that way. You need to know and understand the way you are made to function in life. Be yourself don’t try to be another person.

MOUNT UP WITH WINGS AS EAGLES

IT IS OUR DESTINY TO MOUNT UP WITH WINGS AS EAGLES

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard,
that the everlasting God, JEHOVAH, the Creator of the ends of the earth,
fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his understanding.

He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
and the young men shall utterly fall:

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint.

Isaiah 40:28-31

THE FIRST VALENTINE

Saint Valentine is a widely recognized third-century Roman saint who is celebrated in many countries around the world on the February 14 each year as Valentine's day.

There are several stories associated with him as a priest and as a physician; the most popular version of Saint Valentine’s life is that during the third century in Rome, Emperor Claudius II concluded that single men made better soldiers than those with wives and families, so he proscribed marriage for young men.

Valentine in defiance of the order of the Emperor was performing marriages in secret for young lovers. Eventually, he was caught and arrested, and Claudius ordered that he be put to death.

Another legend suggests that Valentine was martyred for helping Christians escape harsh Roman prisons where they were beaten and tortured.

One common feature of the two versions is that he was the one who sent the first valentine, to the jailer's daughter whom he fell in love with while he was  in prison awaiting his execution.

The jailer's daughter had been blind since birth, one day during their prayer time she was miraculously healed of her blindness.

The night before he was beheaded, he sent a  love note  to her, asking her to always remain near to God and continually thankful for her healing. The message was signed:

                                                       "From Your Valentine."

STRATEGIC DIALOGUE

Bullets and bombs may kill the body but they cannot kill the mind.

This is the reality the  Americans  are  facing now. They have only succeeded in destroying  the body of Osama Bin Laden not his mind. This is also applicable to the ongoing Israelis and Palestine dispute.

Likewise, Professor Chinua Achebe's controversial  book titled, "There was a country" implies that superior fire power may have destroyed a country named Biafra but it  did not destroy the mind of Biafra.

In tackling the menace of Boko Haram, superior fire power  alone is not enough, there is also the need for strategic dialogue, bearing in mind that, if Boko Haram does not have an organised organisation it would have long been subdued.

Treat a woman like gold and she will be as expensive as gold.
Treat a woman like an egg and she be as breakable as an egg.
Treat a woman like an iron and she will be as hard as an iron.
But treat a woman like a woman and you will see why you need a woman.

CAREER AND CALLING
Your career is what  you do for a living, your business ,your profession or your trade, etc., wherein you are  primarily  motivated by one or more or all  of the following: profit, glory, fame, wealth, money, sex ,well being or gain, etc .

On the other hand, your calling is  one of the  problems of life  destiny or the circumstances of your life has put you in a position or condition to solve without you being motivated by profit, glory, fame, wealth, money, sex ,well being or gain, etc.,but naturally attracts them.

No Book or books no matter how holy, can describe the Almighty as He was, as He is and as He will be better than His creation.

No wonder Prophet Isaiah in Verse Three of Chapter Six of his Prophetic Verses said he saw by extra sensory perception celestial beings proclaiming "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."

EVITABLE AND INEVITABLE CONFLICTS

By Akintunde Esan - 10:12, 16 Oct, 2012

As a professional mediator
I can say with all sense of
responsibility that by virtue
of human nature some conflicts
 are inevitable but resolvable,
while some evitable but irresolvable.

When you try to prevent a conflict
and you failed then concentrate on resolving it.
If the conflict is the type that cannot be resolved,
you have to do whatever you need to do
 to limit collateral damages.

In other words, if conflict prevention fails
 move to conflict resolution and
 if conflict resolution fails
 move to conflict damage control.

HOW TO DEVELOP A SENSE OF DIVINE PRESENCE

By Akintunde Esan - 03:09, 14 Feb, 2015

“The LORD is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
thou anointest my head with oil;
my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
 and
I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”

PSALM 23

Today is February 14, a day referred to as Valentine’s day, set aside to celebrate love worldwide. This blog “How to Develop a Sense of Divine Presence” is my Valentine’s day gift to you. It is not a legal illumination that Akintunde Esan’s Blog is renowned for but a spiritual illumination.

We tend to relate with others based on our perception of how they tend to appear to us, we do not consider that, what drives a person is usually not visible to us. In life people are driven by their spiritual interpretations of life in general and particularly their spiritual interpretation of life and death, poverty and prosperity, love and hate, justice and discrimination, pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow, reincarnation and resurrection, sowing and reaping, scarcity and abundance, success and failure, victory and defeat, mortality and immortality, morality and immorality, right and wrong, male and female, heaven and hell, greatness and nonentity, good and evil,  career and calling, peace and war, marriage and divorce and above all destiny.

What determines your spiritual interpretations is your spiritual foundation. Spiritual foundation consists of metaphysical principles and beliefs impressed in your mind from childhood till date and upon which you build and run your life, including your education, career, marriage, family life, relationships, character and business.

A spiritual foundation could be positive or negative just like night and day. A positive spiritual foundation inspires your faith in possibilities, in yourself and in the superior intelligence of the Creator. It gives you the inner strength to face your inevitable life challenges, while a negative spiritual foundation destroys your faith in possibilities, in yourself and in the superior intelligence of the Creator. It destroys your inner strength to face your inevitable life challenges.

What constitute our spiritual foundation are drawn from our subconscious experience such as dreams, trace, divination, astrology, spiritual illuminations, statements and suggestions from “influencers” such parents, clergies, teachers, gurus, sages, coaches, guardians, seniors, elders, sibling, spouse, leaders and superstitious beliefs, ancestral beliefs, religious beliefs and myths.

Your spiritual foundation defines who you are to you and who you see yourself as is whom you live your life as. If you see yourself as useful, you will live a useful life and if you see yourself as useless, you will live a useless life.

A classic of spiritual foundation is the story of Jacob when he went into exile as described in the Book of Genesis Chapter 28 from verses 10 to 22:

“Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was   set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all placeswhither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew itnot. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven. And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it. And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first. And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on, So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God: And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.”

From the above verses, one can see that God revealed himself to Jacob and this revelation became a turning point in the life of Jacob. What can be greater than the divine assurance from the Almighty himself that: “I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of . It will take one greater than the Almighty to undo these divine assurances and of course, there is none.

This revelation signifies the continuation of the covenant relationship between God and Abraham with Jacob. Jacob was convinced from the revelation that, the God that was with Abraham his grandfather and Isaac his father was with him. He presumed that it was because this God was with them that they were kept in their ways, had bread to eat, and raiment to put on, he then concluded that if this God that has now revealed himself to him will do the same to him, then He will be his own God too. This divine assurance created a sense of divine presence in his life and affairs. It was this sense of divine presence rooted in divine assurance that, became the spiritual foundation upon which Jacob built his life.

When you see God like Jacob did, you receive divine assurance from the encounter and you become aware that, all things in life and in your life are working together for your good. Apostle Paul puts it this way in his epistle to the Romans inchapter 8 and verse 28:

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to hispurpose.”

You may not have the kind of revelation that Jacob had, you may not see God in your dream as he did, nonetheless, God has made available to you His divine assurances in the Writings, Books and Messages of His Messengers to you.

The most reliable divine assurance you can ever receive on earth is from Jesus Christ, for he is not just an ordinary Messenger like other Messengers before and after him, he is the son of the most high God sent by God to manifest God as God our Father and to deliver His divine assurances to us.

The testimonies of the Prophets, the Apostles and above all Jesus Christ of the divine assurances from God documented in the Torah, the verified Books of the Prophets, the verified four Books on the gospel of Jesus Christ all contained in the Bible are the spiritual blocks to build your foundation.

The assurances from diviners, astrologers, white or black magicians, witchcraft or voodoo practitioners or people pretending to be clergies for monetary gains are not reliable, they will fail you in the days of adversity when you need them the most, they are like Jesus himself said building your life on grains of sand which cannot withstand the pressure of the adversities of life. Jesus Christ in the Book of Luke chapter 6 verses 47 -49 puts it this way:

“Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.”
Apostle John one of the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ before his ascension to the right hand of God made us to know in the Book of John chapter 1 verses 12 and 13 of his account of the ministry of Jesus Christ that:

“As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
In other words, the moment you acknowledged Jesus Christ as the son of God, who was crucified for sharing the message of reconciliation with God and resurrected the third day and is now seated at the right hand of God, you become a son or daughter of God. Henceforth with the code name of “Jesus Christ” which works with the Holy Spirit - our spiritual internet - you then have access to God the Father. Apostle Paul puts it this way in chapter 2 verses 18-22 of his Epistle to the Ephesians:

“For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.”
You cannot have a sense of divine presence without divine assurance as your spiritual foundation. You have to cease from making human assurances or demonic assurances the basis of your decision-making. Your need to understand that: the foundation of God is indestructible and that God knows those who worship him in spirit and in truth and anyone that associates with the name of Jesus Christ must cease from doing the wrong things.

You may ask why must anyone that associates with the name of Jesus Christ cease from doing the wrong things? This is because the moment you make divine assurances, your spiritual foundation you become the temple of God, where the Spirit of God dwells and the Spirit of God cannot accommodate filthiness.

It is a privilege for my “ship” to be used like one the “ships” at the lake of Gennesaret.
